18 February 2015                            GRID LINK ACTION GROUP                                        PRESS RELEASE  Grid Link Action group secure commitment from Minister Kelly for nationwide pylon policy  Environment Minister Alan Kelly has committed to introducing national planning guidelines for the construction of pylons.  The Minister made the announcement at a meeting with the Grid Link Action group. Minister Kelly said that he would do this following the publication of the Government-commissioned review of the health effects of electromagnetic fields (EMF) which is due at the end of March.
